They will be responsible for developing and aligning Hockey Australia's hockey participation activities to Australia's Sport Participation Strategy (Play Well).Key AccountabilitiesSupport Member Associations in the implementation of the Whole of Sport Play Well Participation Strategy.Lead the strategy to increase the presence of hockey in schools, including the engagement of Teachers as Ambassadors.Manage and grow the National Sporting Schools programs.Develop a strategy to unlock the multi-use potential of existing assets and maximise versatility and sustainability through innovative partnerships and collaboration.Help develop training and resources that educate the hockey community and tackle barriers to participation for priority communities.Identify ways to facilitate transition to ongoing participation.Other tasks as reasonably directed by your manager.Benefits and CultureBased at the Melbourne Sports Centre in Parkville, Hockey Australia is an exciting workplace to be a part of with progressive and passionate staff that embody the HA values.
