The Roles Duty Manager - Up to $85,000 Super As Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, leading day-to-day operations across bar, dining, and cocktail spaces. You’ll manage shifts, support and mentor staff, and ensure every guest experience hits the mark. A strong emphasis is placed on driving the beverage program, from creative cocktail design to curating the wine list. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and senior team, particularly during peak periods, and take ownership of venue closures on busy nights—ensuring smooth procedures and a top-tier experience. This is a full-spectrum leadership role requiring proactive presence on the floor and a collaborative mindset. You’ll lead by example, working closely with venue leaders and the ownership team to create a cohesive team culture and a consistently exceptional guest experience.
