About the Role In this role, you will manage a share property portfolio primarily located in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide. You will lead and mentor a small team, overseeing day-to-day operations, property inspections, maintenance, and tenant management. Key Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities to meet objectives, ensuring optimal productivity, and maintaining exceptional standards of quality and performance in all areas of work. Tasks will include: Manage a portfolio of residential properties in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide. Lead a small team, providing mentorship and ensuring exceptional service. Drive business development activities to expand the property portfolio. Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and tenant management. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Utilise Property Me, Agent Box, and Tenant Options for portfolio management.
