Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial guidance A Rewarding, fun & supportive company culture Add value in a work environment that offers work-life balance and stability What You'll Be Doing: Oversee the month-end reporting process, including divisional project reviews, job bag margin analysis, client invoicing, General Ledger/Balance Sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare and manage local and country-specific reporting and compliance, including BAS, GST, FBT, and Tax lodgements.
Compile Group Consolidations to meet reporting requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Financial Management Reporting.
Collaborate with the overseas shared services team and support accounts payable functions.
Assist with financial audits for Parent and Subsidiary Company reporting, ensuring timely statutory filings with relevant government authorities.
Perform month-end tasks such as balance sheet reconciliations, costing analysis, and journal processing.
Contribute to the preparation of Group-wide Budgets and Forecasting models, collaborating with Divisional Management Teams to develop detailed budgets.
Support regular reporting and commercial analysis, including Sales, COGS, and Margin analysis, as well as Cash Reporting and Forecasting for the Board and Senior Executive Teams.
Lead ad-hoc projects and drive process and system improvements, including system upgrades and finance/business transformations.
Provide support for due diligence and financial evaluations related to new business acquisitions.
What We Are Looking For: To be successful in this role, you will: Bachelor qualification in accounting/finance, commerce or similar degree CA or CPA qualification, or studying Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Ability to analyse financial data Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of income tax compliance for companies, including basic income tax, GST and FBT.
Basic understanding of working capital management Knowledge of SAP Strong computer skills, knowledge of financial software programs & Microsoft packages (i.e.
Excel) Strong technical and financial skills Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to build strong relationships What's in it for you?
