You will be responsible for assisting the Business Advisory Services teams with all client interactions and compliance requirements. This includes a broad range of activities, including:
Managing the accuracy of our client base by adding new clients and changing client details, including advising both the ATO and ASIC;Attending to all corporate compliance obligations for the company client base;Coordinating the formation of companies and trusts;Preparing client engagement letters, scheduling the inflow of annual compliance work, and creating client jobs in the practice management system;Client job workflow management;Preparation of client packs for electronic sending for all job types;Assisting with the preparation and sending of client fee invoices;Managing the flow of client correspondence, ensuring all time-critical obligations are met;Providing administrative support, including management of ATO lodgement program;Organising appointments and scheduling meetings for Directors;Drafting minutes and agendas;Covering reception as required;Attending to all other administrative matters as requested by the team.About the successful candidate: Important personal attributes required for success in this role are:
