Under general direction, organizes and manages assigned functional areas of the Human Resources program including electronic onboarding, benefits, training and development, and employee relations. Serves as the liaison with employees in all matters to ensure compliance with Company policies, State, and Federal laws.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.Assists with personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews.
