About Us: Pickle Pickle is Melbourne's leading social Pickleball provider. We offer social play sessions for players of all ages and abilities from premium venues across metropolitan Melbourne. Our mission is simple: to build an inclusive, engaging and dynamic environment that promotes the game of Pickleball across Australia. Role Overview: The Sessions Facilitator holds a pivotal role, ensuring each and every Pickle Pickle participant has a great all-round experience. A successful candidate will have endless enthusiasm for Pickleball, enjoys fostering meaningful interactions, building rapport with players, a professional manner and attention to detail. The Sessions Facilitators will ensure we deliver a second-to-none Pickleball experience, each and every session. Responsibilities: Facilitating Pickle Pickle sessions (social play, mini round robins) Establishing a fun, enjoyable & energetic playing environment Teaching participants the nuances of the game Building rapport with participants and spectatorsAssisting with venue-based promotional activities Reporting on session happenings to Pickle Pickle HQ Desired Experience Pickleball and/or Tennis coaching experienceSport industry experience Customer service/event management experience (preferred, not required) Other Considerations The role is casual with approximately 10-25 hours per week Shifts are late mornings, early afternoons & evenings All in all, our Sessions Facilitator role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the growing Pickleball movement in Australia!
