AWS Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (Ent AM) to help build the healthcare business market in Queensland (QLD). The Ent AM will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share, driving maturity and broad use of AWS within a single key customer, realizing the transformation of healthcare for QLD citizens.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Build and execute strategic focus by defining overarching mission, goals, and success metrics in line with customer vision, working with internal stakeholders to deliver growth and high value engagements.
2. Influence and educate customer executives to understand how to transform in the cloud and deliver value to reimagine clinician and patient experience.
3. Work with leaders to support customer adoption, deliver upon strategic programs of work, Think Big goals, and increase account growth.
4. Manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives both inside and outside of AWS, and serve as a liaison to the legal group.
5. Research and identify new opportunities for the QLD Healthcare system, including specific prospects/partners to approach with a technical value proposition for using AWS services and Amazon businesses.
6. Understand the technical requirements of customers and work closely with technical teams to define customer requirements, and identify & quantify benefits/value to be realized by customer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
* 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
* Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
