Position Summary:
1. Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
2. Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience
3. Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
4. Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
5. Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor y empowering and supporting your team
6. Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
7. Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
8. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
9. Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
About You:
10. An up to date RSA
11. Relevant experience in a managerial role
12. Working rights in Australia
