This is a critical role in driving the success of our new franchise network.Key Responsibilities: Franchisee Recruitment: Identify, interview, and onboard potential franchisees who align with OXCEL Finance's business values and growth strategy. Ensure a rigorous screening process to find franchisees capable of delivering results.Franchisee Development: Design and deliver training programs that equip franchisees with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to succeed. Develop tailored coaching strategies to enhance their business acumen and sales performance.Franchisee Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all franchisees, providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Facilitate regular meetings and check-ins to track progress and address challenges.Performance Monitoring: Analyze franchisee performance metrics (e.g., sales targets, client acquisition, customer satisfaction) to assess growth and profitability. Create actionable strategies for underperforming franchisees to help them achieve business goals.Compliance & Standards: Ensure all franchisees adhere to OXCEL Finance's operational, legal, and financial standards. Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure consistency and quality across the network.Marketing & Business Support: Work closely with franchisees to implement effective local marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Provide guidance on leveraging OXCEL's central marketing tools and resources.Network Expansion: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that ensure sustainable growth of the franchise network. Contribute to strategic decisions about new market entry and regional support.Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with franchisees, acting as both a mentor and a trusted business advisor.
