This role is based in our Sydney office with a Global focus.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will be at the heart of strategic sourcing initiatives, supporting procurement activities for real estate and office services on a global scale.
Your day-to-day will include developing sourcing event documentation, preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) bid packages, and assisting in supplier negotiations.
You will play a key role in the supplier selection process, ensuring award decisions align with business needs.
Leveraging data and analytics, you will develop tools for scoring RFPs and post-negotiation pricing considerations, shaping award scenarios based on sourcing outcomes.
Additionally, you will manage local projects and ad hoc contract-level sourcing events, including contract renewals and spot buys.
As part of the supplier implementation process, you will coordinate contract execution and ensure seamless onboarding in collaboration with the Supplier Enablement and Contract Management teams.

Bring your expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You may have all or some of the following skills and experiences: 1-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
Strong knowledge of category execution processes and contract templates.
Analytical interpretation and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience with total cost of ownership (TCO) modelling.
Relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in strategic sourcing execution, with an ability to develop award scenarios based on sourcing event outcomes.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
Procurement commodity knowledge in areas such as Tenant Representative Services, Project Management, Architecture, Design and Build, Construction Management, Mechanical & Electrical consultancy, Office Fixtures & Fittings, Catering, Courier Services, Office Supplies, and Sustainability (preferred but not essential).
