With a global footprint exporting to countries worldwide, you will be partnering with an organisation that is proudly stocked domestically, in all large retail stores where you’d expect to see premium infant products, strongly positioning itself in over 2000 stores Australia – wide. Your new role Reporting to the Head of Import & Export Operations, your new role will see you working Monday to Friday 8.30 – 4.30pm, with work from home options. Your role will see you coordinating export of products to all international export markets, coordinating raw material, and providing sound customer service to international customers, & ANZ - across retailers, wholesalers and consumers. In the pursuit of delivering strong outcomes across the import and export division, your new role will see you; Working diligently to process international customer orders via ERP (SAP); Processing direct to customer orders, sample orders, ESL orders to third party manufacturers, invoicing & refunds as necessary and ensuring EOM activities are completed; Handling customer issues for international & domestic relating to delivery & returns; Reviewing and approving relevant invoices relating to export / domestic services; Strong relationship building capabilities to enhance effective delivery times, operational output and customer experience; Accurately reviewing and managing export documents including sea freight, air freight and alike; and Generating shipment schedules, reports and documents, generation of SOPs ensuring 100% order fulfilment rates. What you need to succeed 3 years proven background in a similar logistics / customer service officer role within the FMCG industry working across both domestic and internal supply chain; Strong capabilities working with ERP (SAP), with capabilities across EDI systems as highly advantageous; Export experience (PRA, EDN, REX, COO) with knowledge of import and export country regulatory requirements; Fluency in Mandarin will be viewed as highly advantageous; Exceptional capabilities across entire MS office suite, particularly excel; and Strong reporting analysis, communication and commitment to timely execution will be essential to the role as the business continues to expand across both local and international markets.
