Job Opportunity: APS3 Participant Support Officer (Federal Government Contract)
Talent International is currently recruiting for an APS3 Participant Support Officer to join a Federal Government client in Coffs Harbour, Charlestown, or Parramatta. This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension, offering an hourly rate of $37.36 + Super and a 38-hour workweek (7.6 hours per day).
Role Overview
The APS3 Participant Support Officer provides essential clerical, administrative, and operational support, ensuring effective communication with participants and internal/external stakeholders. This role offers a great opportunity for someone skilled in administration and ready to manage workflow efficiently under regular guidance from senior management.
Key Responsibilities
* Participant Engagement: Resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks aligned with the NDIS Act.
* Reception Support: Assist participants in self-help kiosks, answer inquiries, and offer online support.
* Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, refer customers to relevant services, and manage the shared team email inbox.
* Administrative Support: Coordinate appointments, maintain accessible office facilities, and handle data entry, reporting, and complaint tracking.
