Job Title: Experienced First Level General Nurse
The Helensburgh and Lomond Community Nursing Team seeks an experienced first-level general nurse with a Specialist District Nursing Qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Caseload management and supervision
* Assessment of care needs
* Delivery of personalized nursing care to patients
Leadership and Management Expectations:
As a senior member of the team, the post holder will provide clinical and managerial leadership within the nursing and multi-agency team.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Evidence of continuing professional development
A current driving license and use of a personal vehicle are essential for this role.
