Our client is a global leader in the FMCG sector.
About the Role
Ensure that the Load Plans are followed in a through compliant and proficient manner.
Ensure sub-contractors are compliant under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) rules and regulations.
Manage the schedule (hours) and load weights during fleet allocation to maximise Transport CoR performance.
Ensure Transport cost % is to revenue of 70% (through fleet utilisation and allocation).
Ensure there are minimal customer service contractual issues (quality) related to Transport performance (less than 5 per year).
Ensure customer queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Liaise with the operations team and Site Leaders.
About You
Previous experience in a Warehouse or Logistics role.
1-2 years' experience in an administrative role.
Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve.
Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Planning experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable).
In-depth understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles (NHVLR, Mass/Fatigue Management).
