What you'll do
4. As a the most Senior Engineer in the team you will lead 2 squads of engineers, within the Mobile App Product team.
5. Delivering product experiences that drive the future of marketplace shopping in Australia.
6. Being an expert in the AEM suite, you'll offer clever engineering ways to experiment and prototype features rapidly whilst constantly delivering customer value.
7. Partner across engineering teams to design, deliver and maintain operationally efficient, robust and resilient systems that align with the tech strategy
8. Empower your team members, value the team's success, and mentor and coach your fellow team members.
9. Take ownership of your role, team and the solutions that the team creates
What you’ll bring
10. Leadership experience, leading and mentoring squads and engineers, making technical decisions through to implementation
11. High expertise within AEM to include: AEM as a cloud service concept, OSGI services, Dispatcher and Caching concepts, Editable templates and components, Oak indexing
12. React/Next SPA project experience on AEM
13. Strong experience with secure coding practices, microservices architecture, CI/CD concepts(AEM cloud manager) and Troubleshooting AEM
14. Understand code testability and experience building pipelines and DevOps (CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code,
15. AEM architectural concepts to include: Sling Resolution/Sling Resource Merger, Headless, Workflows, Logs rotation, OSGI service binding, AEM CS architecture(nice to have), Pub/Sub event model
16. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
