This position as TM1 Developer, Commissions is responsible for providing a highly specialized TM1 skillset to the Commissions Team with the view of achieving and maintaining best practice in TM1 programming and delivering accurate reliable data for the payment of commissions.
This role will require leveraging one's strong business and industry-specific skills and knowledge in combination with vast technical capabilities in TM1 to develop, maintain and implement multi-dimensional business applications for analysis, reporting for commission purposes.
Your day to day will consist of... Delivering best practice in the performance of the TM1 Models by minimizing or preventing any issues from re occurring and being proactive in identifying any issues.Continually striving to improve the models to perform at its optimal levels.Taking lead in the design, build, testing, implementation and delivery of agreed reporting solutions, ensuring they meet quality and timeliness standards.Training and developing system administrators and end-users on TM1 functionality, models, and report development utilising best practices.What makes you perfect for the role? A passion for continuous improvement, team player and the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing demands is an essential component of the role.Strong communication skills and business acumen.Understanding of telecommunications operations.Expertise in budgeting and forecasting, preferably on TM1 or related tools like Jedox or Anaplan.Ability to communicate at all levels of management.Optus is a place where we let you do you.
