We’re seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and be part of our journey. This key role within Epiroc’s Parts and Services Division will provide data-driven insights, monitor sales performance and support sales campaigns to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to:
* Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales performance, customer segments, and forecast changes.
* Support the development and execution of sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales and product marketing teams.
* Monitor and evaluate sales campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure market intelligence and customer feedback are communicated to product managers for continuous improvement.
* Assist in contract administration and pricing management, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with agreement terms.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and product teams.
The successful applicant will have:
* A strong commitment to working safely and supporting team collaboration.
* Experience in sales coordination, sales analysis, or product marketing within an aligned industry.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
* Knowledge of mining, construction, or industrial equipment (advantageous).
* High level of organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and implementing solutions.
