MAX Solutions (0667) delivers a variety of accredited courses ranging from Short Courses up to Certificate III in a number of Training Packages.Due to recent growth, we are seeking a fun, energetic, and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our Administration team on a full-time basis. If you have a passion for the Industry and are motivated about your work, then MAX Solutions wants to hear from you!About the roleBased at our head office at Eight Miles Plains, the role of RTO Administration Officer will support a range of Administration tasks that support the RTO. You will be passionate about the whole lifecycle of the student journey, supporting all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to their completion.This includes (but is not limited to) taking enquiries and supporting both potential students and referral agencies, processing enrolments, processing enrolment amendments, and completions which result in certificate issuances. You will attend to phone/email enquiries and respond appropriately within the given timeframes. MAX Solutions is looking for someone who is driven with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing and shows initiative to work to ensure quality outcomes are reached.
