HV Restaurant seeks a skilled and dynamic Cook to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in both culinary expertise and leadership, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This role is responsible for designing daily specials, planning menus, overseeing costing and budgeting processes, managing team members, preparing and cooking dishes, and supervising service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design Daily Specials and Plan Menus
* Oversee Costing and Budgeting Processes
* Manage, Recruit, and Train Team Members
* Prepare and Cook Dishes while Supervising Service Operations
* E nsure Compliance with OH&S and Food Safety Regulations
Requirements:
* At Least 2 Years of Experience as a Cook
* Diploma or Related Qualification in the Culinary Field
* Strong Time Management Expertise
* Exceptional Communication Abilities
* Demonstrated Leadership and Management Skills
