About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Health Information Services team at Pindara Private Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently prepare, deliver, and retrieve patient records for patient care.
* Liaise with internal and external customers, responding to general enquiries and actioning as needed in accordance with relevant privacy principles, policies, and procedures.
Your Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in medical records or another clerical position within a healthcare setting.
* A Certificate in Medical Terminology is desirable.
* Strong customer service skills to effectively engage internal stakeholders and team members.
* A strong level of computer literacy/knowledge.
* Ability to manage confidential patient data through our Medical Records Systems.
