This is an iconic Australian retail and manufacturing organisation with a global footprint and a reputation for best-in-class products. They are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead and drive a range of impactful people initiatives as they re-align to fresh commercial priorities and focus on enhancing productivity and workforce capability.
Joining a high performing HR team and a function that enjoys a strong reputation for adding strategic value, this is a wonderful opportunity to straddle hands-on delivery with strong, commercial business partnership with executive and senior level stakeholders.
Reporting to the Divisional Head of HR, you will be responsible for:
* Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership teams across multiple portfolios in the forward planning, design and operationalising of both nuanced and global people objectives.
* Support a transforming environment that is focussed on building future capability and talent to support the commercial and cultural objectives of the business.
* Driving continuous improvement, problem solving people issues and leading change initiatives.
* Work across a sophisticated People team within a diverse business portfolio, collaborating and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
To be successful for this role, you will bring:
* Experience as an HRBP in a complex and large business portfolio – retail, manufacturing, FMCG for example – where you can demonstrate the capability to work across scale and within a broad People function.
* Capability to support a continuous learning and improvement culture – previous experience coaching and influencing senior stakeholders in performance, talent and culture objectives.
* Ideally would have been involved in supporting business transformation or a change journey.
This is a great opportunity to join an organisation as they undertake positive growth and transformation – you will have the chance to influence and guide senior and executive level stakeholders on rewarding cultural and performance-related objectives and impacting the longer-term business and people strategy.
Hybrid working arrangement of roughly 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week from home.
