About the Role:
We have an incredible opportunity for a Prospect Researcher to join our Fundraising team in a permanent, full time capacity based out of Redfern, SYD with hybrid working arrangements.
In this critical role supporting, Arise, capital campaign you will focus on conducting comprehensive research and analysis on potential high value prospects and donors, providing market intelligence and supporter insights, managing the prospect research budget, and ensuring the smooth coordination of intelligence to the Capital Campaign Manager. This will include developing research profiles, establishing effective processes for moves management, and contributing to the overall success of the capital campaign.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth research, including due diligence, to develop comprehensive research profiles and briefings for high-value prospects and donors
* Provide market intelligence and supporter insights to assist in developing, retaining, and growing relationships with high-value supporters
* Develop and maintain a prospect pipeline, ensuring that supporter details are documented to enable an insightful, seamless, and quality supporter journey
* Assess the capacity and inclination among newly assigned prospects
* Identify other philanthropic interests of current prospects and donors
About you:
* Proven experience in prospect research, preferably within the context of capital campaigns or major gift fundraising
* Familiarity with research tools, databases, and wealth screening software commonly used in prospect research
* Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesise information from diverse sources
* Strong computer literacy in MS Office Suite and presentation software
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data management practices
