Key Responsibilities: Conduct business analysis to identify and define requirements for technology delivery.Engage in technical design and development activities to support project initiatives.Facilitate business adoption, user training, and change management processes.Oversee system deployment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Manage data and systems migration, ensuring data integrity and security.Support system decommissioning efforts as needed.Conduct technology vendor assessments to evaluate potential partnerships.Create succinct requirements and user stories with relevant details for development teams.Demonstrate strategic thinking and an understanding of business dynamics while managing large datasets.Develop system and process mapping skills to illustrate AS IS and TO BE states of solutions and proposals.Collaborate effectively with technology team members, including architects and engineers.What we're looking for: Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. The salary for this role is AUD 140,000 inclusive of superannuation.
