The Administrative Services Manager is a key member of the school administration team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and workflow of the administrative team. This leadership role plays a crucial part in supporting the school's improvement agenda by fostering a safe, supportive, and dynamic learning environment. The role provides support to the Business Manager and Principal while working collaboratively with the school leadership team and the school community to support student outcomes. In collaboration with the school leadership team, the successful applicant will actively contribute to achieving strategic goals aimed at enhancing student outcomes. The role involves managing administrative operations, developing and improving internal procedures, and driving continuous service improvement. Additionally, the Administrative Services Manager will lead and mentor the administrative staff, ensuring business objectives are met by setting priorities, monitoring workflow, and promoting best practices.
