About the Role
We are currently hiring Garden Labourers to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
* Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
* Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
* Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
* Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

About You
* Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
* The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
* A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to high standards.
* The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* A valid White Card.
* Ongoing safety training programs and resources available.
