The Senior Accountant will manage the accounting functions in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business to Business Collections, and general office support.There are opportunities to work on projects, financial analysis, and special reporting.The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission "to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and Development".Job description summary: In charge of account payables, accounts receivable, inclusive of collections calls Assist and review daily and monthly general ledger account reconciliation's Monitor project progress and financial performance/PO management Monthly Financial Reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Completing monthly and annual closing activities Ensure compliance requirements are met such as PAYG, GST, BAS, superannuation are paid accordingly Ensure that intercompany invoices/charges are relevant and captured/accrued Commission calculations and ensuring its paid in accordance with the business incentive plans.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive business decisions.Preparation of various schedules and reports for internal users Assists with Ad Hoc reporting and tasks Other secondary duties may be assigned from time to time Requirements Requirements Bachelor's in accounting or finance Course work to include Accounting, Finance, and Cost Accounting Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Senior accounting role Expert knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Collections Expert knowledge of GAAP and Journal entries Experience with MS Office essential and XERO desired The ability and willingness to travel is preferred Benefits Hybrid Working Model Part-Time EAP
