Key Responsibilities: Agency Management: Oversee and guide agency providers for Google Ads, SEO, CRM specialists and website developmentAnalytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign data to refine strategies and drive inbound leads and online salesStrategic Content Planning: Design and oversee creative content strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google that engage, educate and excite.Category Management: Oversee the creation of written and visual content for new products on the website. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.Website management: Work with web developers to maintain website health and identify bugsDatabase Marketing: Work with the management team, CRM and email marketing specialists to increase lifetime customer values (LCV) .Digital Content Creation: Work with our team to develop high-quality video content that educates the market on insulation best practices and benefits and drives online salesSocial Media Management: Oversee our presence across social platforms to build brand awareness and drive inbound leads and online sales. We'd love to see you have the following: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a substantial focus on digital marketing and eCommerce. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Start-up experience is also very favorable.Previous experience working with Paid Media agencies, briefing them and analyzing their performance. Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, social media managementPrevious experience working with Shopify or WooCommerceYou are accountable, driven, self-motivated, outcome focused and a finisher.Customer-centric mindset and commitment to innovation2+ years in a leadership role is preferred Bonus if you: Demonstrated experience working with slow moving goodsHave worked in the hardware or construction industry.
