Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developers
Initial Contract: 12 months with 12 months extension
Location: ACT or VIC
Clearance: Australian Citizenship
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Integrate Salesforce with other applications and collaboration tools.
* Undertake work in Lightning UI, Communities, Knowledge, Reporting, and Dashboards.
* Utilize Source Control tools (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub) within a Salesforce context.
* Support work with Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, Illuminated Cloud, Jenkins, and Agile development tool sets.
Required Experience and Skills
* Salesforce Development: 3 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce Development, including Configuration and Customization, particularly in:
o Community Cloud/Experience Cloud
o LWC (Lightning Web Component) framework development
o Apex Development
o CI/CD and Solution Design
* Certifications: Salesforce certifications in:
o Administrator
o App Builder
o Platform Developer 1
* Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in:
o Modern JavaScript and Lightning Web Components
o Aura framework for developing Lightning components
o Digital assets, including interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups
o Salesforce platform features such as record ownership, sharing rules, and CRUD/FLS
* Collaboration: Ability to establish a collaborative working culture within the project team and with external delivery teams and stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience in building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently, and presenting messages clearly to senior stakeholders.
* Complex Delivery: Experience working on complex business requirements in a Salesforce environment, and collaborating with UX and Design teams.
* Accessibility: Enthusiasm for accessible design and development.
* Advanced Certifications: Platform Developer 2 certification and advanced administrator certification.
* Vlocity Integration: Experience with Vlocity Integration procedures, integrations using APIs, and Auth Providers.
* Salesforce Clouds: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
