The Role
If you are an experienced Property Manager looking for flexibility, fun and stability - this is the perfect role for you.
Our Property Managers are surrounded by support, enabling you to feel stress-free and capable in your role. You will be supported by leasing, routine inspections, reception and trust accounting teams, with constant two-way communication with your leader.

A Day In The Life
* Working alongside a Property Manager Associate (PMA) to deliver high quality service
* Coaching & mentoring PMA to develop their skillset, and drive the success of your portfolio
* Liaising with landlords and tenants to answer all incoming queries
* Supporting all maintenance management processes
* Key coordination of administration processes
* Management of the system including entering reports
* Using innovative cloud-based real estate software that will make your life easier
