WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Tealium is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our APAC team. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with a few years of experience to develop their marketing career within a well-established organization. We seek individuals who work independently while embodying a friendly, motivated, and solutions-oriented attitude.
Ideal Candidates will possess creativity, a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a keen ambition to grow their career in enterprise marketing. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Marketing in APAC.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Sydney area, working in a hybrid environment that enables both onsite collaboration and remote work.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
This role will support a variety of functions within the APAC Marketing team, including:
1. Email marketing campaigns targeting prospects and customers
2. Coordinate virtual or in-person event logistics
3. Oversee Organic & Paid Social media management to enhance regional visibility.
4. Handle logistics for direct mail campaigns
5. Develop and manage regional top-of-funnel marketing programs, including, but not limited to, webinars, content syndication, strategic campaigns, and initiatives.
6. Support budget management, financial approval processes, and contract/legal reviews
7. Support the marketing team with field marketing campaigns
8. Assist with weekly administrative tasks
9. Research new vendors, logistics processes, and campaign collateral
10. Create and design marketing materials for local campaigns
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
11. 2-3+ years of experience in a Marketing Executive capacity
12. Proven Ability to thrive in a highly entrepreneurial and agile environment
13. Capable of working collaboratively with remote teams as well as independently
14. Extremely detail-oriented and is able to clearly and concisely manage expectations
15. Experience with Salesforce and Marketo preferred
16. Experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva preferred
17. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
18. Excellent organizational and project management skills
19. Flexible schedule with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time within the region
20. Must be a team player, highly motivated, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
21. Fluency in English is required
