The role This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of an exciting industry and growing Company to play an integral role as an Assistant Park Manager at Tasman Holiday Parks - Geelong. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing our guests a timeless place where they can escape to freedom and have a stay to remember. You will be providing support to our Park Manager and Holiday Park team and will take on duties across all departments. You will be supported by an experienced, close knit team on the ground, a Regional Operations Manager and a corporate support office. Along with assisting in Housekeeping and Grounds you will be responsible for delivering a range of front-line reception services at Tasman Holiday Parks - Geelong, ensuring all enquiries, bookings, reservations, and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously. Additionally, you will assist with creating rosters and budget management. We are looking for people with: Exceptional customer service skills Good computer literacy and administration skills Knowledge of booking systems A positive can-do attitude Experience in leading a team You must have experience in (or the ability to quickly master) booking systems - New Book would be advantageous. You must be flexible in working a varied roster which includes weekend work and being on-call. In addition to this you have: Practical experience working in a holiday/caravan park Proven business and commercial acumen Strong administration, written, verbal skills The ability to work autonomously and think independently The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and the subsequent pro-active management of such opportunities We are accepting applications from both duo's and single applicants.
