About the Role
WeMoney is looking for high-performance thinkers who want to accelerate their career and build our Customer Support team from the ground up.
As a Customer Support Representative, your primary function will be to support our members in having the best experience on the platform. You’ll be the front-line responder to our members, helping them with everything from verifying their account to squashing bugs and celebrating their wins! This role is designed for an individual who is in their first 1-2 years of their career - looking to grow with a high-performance business and build out our Customer Support team in the future.
