The role: Our busy Assets & Logistics team seeks a Servicing Coordinator to assist our workshop team based at our Tomago yard or at our office in Newcastle.
As a key contributor to our high-performing team, you'll ensure efficient management of asset coordination across projects and workshop administration.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Managing digital prestart information and job tracking platform
* Coordinating breakdowns of plant & machinery with the Asset & Personnel team
* Booking and coordinating plant & machinery servicing as needed
* Upholding and adhering to HSEQ standards across the workshop
* Updating and maintaining maintenance records
Who are you?
* Current NSW driver's license
* Intermediate IT skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize business needs
* Relevant experience working in a logistics/scheduling environment
* Knowledge of relevant ISO quality systems
