SkinKandy is looking for a skilled SEM/SEO Specialist to help drive growth and boost our online presence.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
In this role, you will create, manage, and execute SEM campaigns across the SkinKandy brand portfolio to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing high-performing Google Ads campaigns with effective ad copy, targeting, and bid strategies.
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, making data-driven optimisations to improve ROI.
Conducting market research to understand trends, audience behaviour, and competitor strategies.
Evaluating outcomes to refine future campaign strategies and digital content.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Your expertise in SEO will enhance our website’s visibility, boost search rankings, and drive organic traffic. Your key responsibilities include:
Performing thorough keyword research to identify relevant, high-performing keywords.
Generating regular reports on SEO metrics like organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Optimising website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking to improve navigation and rankings.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience creating, managing, and optimising campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency or retail brand.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and procedures.
Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and projects.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with marketing goals.
Strong analytical mindset, using data-driven approaches to optimise campaign performance.
