Citic Pacific Mining (CPM) is seeking an experienced Planner (Milling area) to support our Processing team. This position is on a permanent basis, 8/6 roster FIFO ex Perth. Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance (Milling) the role is responsible for but not limited to: Develop, monitor, review and report the execution of the Mechanical asset maintenance plan for AG Mill Feeders, Ag Mills, Ball Mills, Pebble Crushers, HPGR, Screens, Magnetic Separators, Thickeners and balance of plant Develop, implement, review and maintain effective safe work systems and procedures associated with the area equipment Develop and implement an effective condition monitoring program for the accountable and reliability of rotating equipment Predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling Perform work order for repairs, inspections and adjustments Equipment and repair parts data entry and management Planning and coordinating maintenance jobs and projects Equipment & Resource Scheduling Use project for plant shutdown Gantt Successful applicants will have: Mechanical Trade Qualification Qualification in Maintenance Planning Experience with condition monitoring methods & analysis Previous experience in contract management Understanding of slurry equipment and process SAP knowledge & strong computer literacy Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a mineral processing environment, specifically within a large-scale concentrator with grinding mills, slurry pumps, cyclones and magnetic separators A current Drivers Licence Benefits As an employee of CPM, we offer a range of benefits including leave benefits, personal and family benefits, education and training, salary sacrifice options, and lifestyle benefits through preferred suppliers.
