Your Role
As a Senior Manager in our Melbourne office, you will work with our experienced Real Estate team to drive projects across multiple sectors and functions.
* Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions.
* Contribute to major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation and property development advisory.
* Lead vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios.
* Develop market research and trend analysis, and contribute to thought leadership papers.
* Support audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting.
* Explore new housing models, such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
* Prepare valuation assignments for stabilised assets and development properties.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates with:
* Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.
* A detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
* Experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills.
* Professional accreditation as a CPV, API, or MRICS.
