They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to focus on new business wins and to grow their Sydney portfolio of clients. You will have a keen desire to want to grow and develop a strong pipeline of business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship building. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets. Monitor sales by product group to identify areas of opportunity. Develop strategies to further advance organic growth. Onboarding customers for successful first order in partnership with internal account management team. Strategic plans for contract retention working alongside key stakeholders. Meet regularly with management to discuss contracts, field work, growth opportunities and opposition activities in the territory. Understand reporting needs and proficiency. Work with senior management team, National Sales Manager, CEO & GM, to prepare an annual budget by client. YOUR BACKGROUND Proven business development experience. Previous experience in retail, merchandise, apparel, safety and or promotional products would be highly desirable. Growing B2B customer base success in winning new business and achieving sales targets. Sales reporting and territory planning experience. Strong sales discipline and communication skills.
