The successful incumbent to the position will have the support of a team of Financial professionals. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build expert knowledge of the government funding model and manage the delivery of the school funding calculation, analysis, reporting and allocation functions Development of performance dashboard and KPI reporting, processes and service provision towards the schools Manage and coordinate the production of schools reporting and analysis on actual performance compared to targets Strong forecasting, planning and analysis (FP&A) experience to drive best practice processes and ways of working Develop effective working engagements and build credibility with teams within MACS and external Stakeholders (VCEA) Support solution development for implementation challenges ABOUT YOU You are a proven, successful Financial Analysis and Planning Manager with a record of achievement in identifying issues, improving processes and implementing change Experience in effective financial management within a complex large scale organisation You have a Strong communication capabilities with proven experience in implementing change in process and polices through developing positive relationships and the ability to connect team operations You can demonstrate knowledge and ability to manage competing demands Experience in corporate services transformation, specifically forecasting & budgeting including knowledge in current and possible future polices, practices, trends, technology, and information Extensive corporate services financial reporting experience HOW TO APPLY Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
