About the Role
You will provide exceptional customer support by offering helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Leverage your expertise in product knowledge and market trends to deliver frontline support that meets customer satisfaction expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotes within the agreed-upon price range, adhering to decision-making guidelines, and ensure quotations are accepted and closed.
2. Support customer onboarding according to working instructions, incorporating customer requirements into the KN system alongside the initial customer order.
3. Process customer orders into the operational execution process.
4. Collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits based on daily business development and coordinate measures for challenges.
5. Analyze, document, and resolve complaints, identifying root causes and sharing insights to eliminate them.
6. Create, review, and refine customer reports.
7. Evaluate delivery against financial targets and strategic objectives.
