About the Role: • Permanent full-time contract as a Supply Chain Supervisor • This role will report to the Director of Global Operations • This role will be based in Redfern Monday-Friday • Training provided to ensure smooth transition to the role and the company • Working in an ISO 13485 accredited manufacturing and distribution facility • Overseeing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products Your primary responsibilities will involve but not limited to: • Plan and coordinate the supply chain cycle, including forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and distribution. • Oversee end to end supply chain activities. • Develop and maintain relationship with key suppliers • Forecast demand and supply requirement. • Participate and coordinate Sales and Operations planning. • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performances. • Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain efficiencies, inventory level, and maximise customer satisfaction through KPIs • Analyse and monitor supply chain data to identify and resolve potential issues. • Review contracts for suppliers and customers. • Data analysis for business objectives and strategy. • Perform procurement and supplier management. • Conduct product and service vendor/supplier quality appraisal and assessment. • Oversees inventory and Logistics Management. • Coordinate regular cycle count to ensure stock accuracy and variances. • Develop supply chain processes and workflow. • Participate in quality and financial audits. • Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes Person Specification Qualification & Experiences Essential/ Desirable Bachelor’s degree in a life science or supply chain management, or a related field E Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations E Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role D Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team E Experience in using ERP system E Experience in SAP or SAP Business One D Knowledge Strong understanding of supply chain procedure E Proficiency in ERP system and supply chain management software E Skills Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment E Excellent conflict resolution and decision-making abilities E Ability to evaluate complex situations and implement effective solutions E Negotiation skills to build strong supplier relationships and secure advantageous terms. E Skilled in mitigating risks and handling disruptions with minimal impact E Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
