We are now seeking to expand our project management team with the addition of a new contracts administrator to assist our Project Manager and the project team.Key ResponsibilitiesEffective subcontractor procurement and administration using Jobpac & ProcoreSourcing subcontractors and suppliers and tendering work packagesNegotiating and administrating subcontract agreementsAssisting the PM with head contract administration & PCG reportingClient, consultant & subcontractor liaison and PRDocumentation control & administration of Capcorp QA/WHS/E Mgt. systems to support project and site teamsSkills & ExperienceBe proficient in Jobpac, Procore, CostX & SignOnSite or other similar cloud-based cost and project control systemsAbility to interpret construction plans and specificationsProficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & TeamsAbility to collaborate with other team members in a dynamic, versatile team environmentHi-level communication & organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasksConstruction Management Qualification or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
