The Position
In the role of Property Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a well maintained portfolio of less than 180 properties
* Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
* Attend to repairs and maintenance requests
* Conduct outgoing and routine inspections
* Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews
* Maintain tenant relationships and liaise with landlords as required
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager is:
* You MUST have a solid track record in previous Property Management roles
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration and Real Estate Licence essential
* Highly articulate, immaculately presented with superior relationship nurturing skills
* Impeccable time management and organisational skills
* Knowledge of/experience working in the Inner-City marketplace is ideal
* Proven track record of managing high touch, high profile clientele
* Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
