About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a fast-paced and highly organised Administration Officer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity for a permanent position to the right candidate. You will be responsible for managing scheduling and triaging client referrals for a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals.

Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments and schedules for allied health professionals Booking equipment providers and builders for clients Coordinate geographical scheduling across different locations to optimise service delivery and client experience Handle client follow-ups, reminders, and appointment changes with quick turnaround times Referral Triage: Efficiently triage incoming client referrals, directing them to appropriate professionals or contractors as required Ensure all referral processes are streamlined and timely Communication & Client Interaction: Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails) with clients, case managers, and external stakeholders Provide clear and accurate information about services to clients Uphold client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with allied health professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality client outcomes Distribute practitioner reports and maintain client records Participate in team meetings and contribute initiatives to improve administrative processes General Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including submitting invoices and supporting the wider team Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices Assist with the development and implementation of the organisation's policies and procedures Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within healthcare or Allied Health Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, professionals, and external stakeholders Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in office software and technology Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility To be successful in this role, you hold or will be willing to complete: NDIS Workers Screening Check National Police Check Vaccination status declaration To apply for this position please submit your resume via the 'APPLY' button, and/or contact gforce Recruitment Consultant Emily via or 0428079154 About gforce gforce is an employment and recruitment leader, employing over 500 people weekly, including labour hire and permanent recruitment services apprentices, trainees, school-based trainees.
