About the Role
Hastings Deering is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Toowoomba Branch. The primary focus of this role will be to support the Service Advisors This is a Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday role.
The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to:
* Build and maintain customer and internal relationships, acting as the key operational contact for assigned customers.
* Ensure invoice clarity and prompt payment by verifying accurate parts, labor, and work descriptions.
* Communicate effectively with all parties.
* Capture and convey customer requirements to the Service team.
* Implement action plans for financial targets.
Required Skills and Competencies:
* Trade Qualification desirable.
* Experience working within a service orientated department
* Sound computing skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft AX.
* Be able to maintain a high level of workplace health and safety.
