Create accurate work requirements, estimates and schedules for manufacturing and installation projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver wayfinding, signage and customer information at new or upgraded bus stops and interchanges.About the Role This is a Fixed Term 12mths PositionThe Customer Information Delivery Support Officer role assists with the implementation of wayfinding, signage, customer information, timetables and maps at new or upgraded bus stops and interchanges, supporting network service change events and improvement initiatives.The role is responsible for creating database outputs to inform stop-based customer information creation and installation by internal and external stakeholdersKey Responsibilities Accurately calculate work requirements and create estimates and schedules for manufacturing and installation projects Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver wayfinding, signage and customer information at new or upgraded bus stops and interchanges Maintain accurate wayfinding, signage and customer information data in transport databases and file management systems Support multiple activities and projects for the Customer Information team as required Promote and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations Key Selection Criteria Able to perform a range of tasks through digital tools such as Microsoft Office Proven ability to apply quality assurance processes related to accuracy of information with strong attention to detail Good oral and written communication skills, including preparation of project scopes, reports and correspondence Ability to coordinate work requirements and production outputs working with external suppliers Proven understanding of sign design development, manufacturing methodologies, signage installation and procurement procedures Qualifications and Experience Mandatory: relevant qualifications or significant work experience in a related field Desirable: relevant driver's license About the Employer Yarra Trams is a Victorian public transport service that connects people to jobs, schools, shopping and leisure activities.
