At NEC, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Improvement Lead to join our team and contribute to key innovative improvements which enhance our customers' environment.

As the Service Improvement Lead, you will play a crucial role in working with operational teams to identify and implement opportunities to improve services and processes, and to objectively assess the outcomes of these initiatives.
Responsibilities Oversee the Service Improvement process, ensuring initiatives align with performance standards and customer satisfaction.Ensure applicable methodology is used to support continual service improvement activities and enable service management team managers/leads to achieve CSI objectives.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and presentation skills.Lead the implementation of ITIL processes, identifying and resolving gaps.Collaborate with Service Level Managers and providers to ensure seamless service delivery.Work with teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure accurate performance reporting.Conduct ITIL assessments and internal audits.Maintain up-to-date operational documentation for processes and procedures.Assist in maintaining an accurate Business Service Catalogue.Manage knowledge bases, including categorization, article updates, and approvals.About you A highly developed knowledge of the ITIL Service framework.Extensive experience in ITSM and ITIL based process development within an outsourcing environment.Sound knowledge of concepts within IT infrastructure, and experience in the management of Service Centres/Desks in support of an outsourcing business.At least five (5) years experience in IT with an outsourcing service provider.Demonstrated high level of relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.Experience in the ITIL Knowledge Management process.Why NEC?
