The Recruitment Consultant Role You will seek to understand client and candidate recruitment needs in order to deliver customised recruitment solutions. You will initiate a range of sales and marketing activities to attract new business to Randstad. Daily, you will initiate a range of sourcing activities, networking, conducting reference checks, telephone screening, attending internal & external meetings, and making business development calls to clients. You will be a true partner for talent and build/maintain trusting relationships that are collaborative, transparent, and impactful. You will consistently achieve positive results by hitting your weekly/monthly sales targets. You will act as a skilled negotiator at all levels and quickly resolve client & candidate issues.
