This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Recruiter/Business Development Manager who prides themselves on delivering only the best service to their clients. This is a hands-on position, integrating with our existing divisions and utilising the provided resources to allow for exponential growth. If you are passionate about your career and want to make an impact, take the lead and show the industry what you have to offer.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Growing the division by providing end-to-end recruitment, sales, and sourcing capabilities.Recruiting for Mobile Plant Maintenance roles (White & Blue Collar) including Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, Planners, Heavy Duty Fitters, LV Fitters, Auto Electricians, Service Persons, Drillers, Offsiders, etc.Preparing, writing, and placing advertisements with appropriate job boards and social media, specifically targeted to the Mobile Maintenance industry.Conducting candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, interview confirmations with clients, and ongoing candidate care.Conducting candidate pooling and market research to identify potential candidates and their expectations.Assisting the division in preparing candidates for reverse marketing to existing and new clients.Maintaining an up-to-date internal database with necessary notes and comments.Travelling to sites (Perth & Remote) with the Managing Director for site inspections and OH&S inspections.Establishing a strong working relationship with candidates and clients alike.To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills & attributes:Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the Trades & Mining industry.A mechanical trade background is highly advantageous.Highly organised and task-oriented.Ability to show initiative and complete tasks autonomously.Strong work ethic with excellent morals and ethics towards dealing with people.Excellent presentation and communication skills.What we offer in return is an excellent base salary with the industry’s leading bonus structure, work from home 2 days a week, designed to reward you for your hard work and commitment.
