The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a fast-paced role supporting a dynamic, high-performing agency with over two decades of experience. As a 'go-to' person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management, and organisational skills. Daily, your duties will include:
* Diary, e-mail, and appointment management
* Arrange & coordinate diaries
* Prepare agendas and presentation materials
* Take accurate minutes of meetings and actions
* Contract & Form 6 preparation
* Accurate record-keeping and messages
* Organise and plan travel
* General administrative duties
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Ability to meet deadlines
* High attention to detail
* Knowledge of management systems
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and use initiative
* Clean Police Check
* Be energetic, resilient, and hard-working
