The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a fast-paced role supporting a dynamic, high-performing agency with over two decades of experience.
As a 'go-to' person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management, and organisational skills.
Daily, your duties will include:
Diary, e-mail, and appointment management Arrange & coordinate diaries Prepare agendas and presentation materials Take accurate minutes of meetings and actions Contract & Form 6 preparation Accurate record-keeping and messages Organise and plan travel General administrative duties To be considered for this role you must have:
